Personal Assistant to Co-Founders (Executive & Office Administration Support)


YoungLA is a fast-growing Men’s Fitness Lifestyle Clothing brand located in Northridge, CA, selling Men’s and Women’s apparel exclusively on www.youngla.com. Established in 2016, the YLA brand continues to grow their customer base through social media and influencer-based marketing. Annual sales continue to exceed projections with continuous YOY growth. Role Summary

YoungLA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Co-Founders across both business and day-to-day operational needs. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends executive support, office operations, and personal assistance.

You will act as a direct extension of the Co-Founders, helping manage priorities, streamline daily operations, and ensure the office environment runs smoothly. This role requires someone who is highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership across a wide range of responsibilities, from coordinating schedules and logistics to supporting office operations, product samples, and day-to-day needs.


Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Personal Support
Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination for both Co-FoundersAct as a point of coordination for incoming requests, helping prioritize and keep things on trackHandle personal tasks and errands as needed (pickups, drop-offs, coffee runs, reservations)Support travel planning, reservations, and logisticsAssist with email and general administrative support as needed
Office Operations & Administration
Oversee daily office readiness, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and fully functionalManage incoming deliveries, mail sorting, and distributionMaintain office supplies, kitchen areas, and shared spaces (stocking, organizing, reordering)Coordinate with building management and vendors for maintenance requests (HVAC, cleaning, repairs, etc.)Support seasonal office setup, organization, and general upkeep
Sample & Product Coordination
Receive, unbox, organize, and maintain product samples across sample rooms, working closely with the production coordinatorCoordinate movement of samples (to/from suppliers, DC, photoshoots, etc.)Maintain organization and cleanliness across sample storage areasTrack and support logistics for sample shipments and deliveries
Operational Coordination
Support tracking and organization of key business processes and documentationAssist with basic reporting, file management, and document organization (agreements, tracking sheets)Coordinate internal processes such as gift distribution, team events, and ad hoc operational needs
Event & On-Site Support
Assist with planning and execution of internal and external eventsSupport logistics, setup, and coordination for photoshoots, activations, or office eventsProvide on-site support as needed, including occasional weekend availability
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Operations roleExceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to stay organized across multiple workstreamsProactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take action independentlyStrong communication skills and ability to work across different personalities and teamsComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting prioritiesHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and reliabilityValid driver’s license and car to run errandsMust be based locally and available for in-person support

This is a shared role supporting both Co-FoundersRole includes a mix of executive, operational, and personal responsibilitiesOccasional after-hours communication and weekend support may be requiredLocated near YLA Northridge offices Hourly role, compensation based on experience

Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position in Northridge, CA. Standard hours are Monday through Friday and including occasional weekend availability.
