Job Overview:
The Resource Specialist supports the operational readiness of the EMS Division by ensuring adequate staffing, schedule accuracy, and timely communication with field personnel and leadership. This role works closely with regional leaders to review staffing needs, fill open shifts, manage payroll entries, and provide essential reporting to support efficient and effective delivery of EMS services.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma
- One year of experience in customer service, administrative, or EMS role
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in related fields
Essential Functions:
- Enter, review, and validate payroll-related information to ensure accurate and timely compensation for field personnel. Correct or escalate discrepancies in payroll hours, shift coding, or schedule data. Support administrative tasks related to scheduling, workforce management systems, and documentation
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve scheduling workflows and staffing efficiency. Assist with identifying opportunities for process enhancements, technology improvements, or communication strategies that support seamless operations.
