About the Role:

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Banquet Staff to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests during weddings, conferences, galas, and other special events.

As a member of our banquet team, you’ll play a key role in setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest receives top-tier service.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up banquet rooms with tables, chairs, linens, and décor according to event plans.
• Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Clear tables and assist with event breakdown and cleanup.
• Work closely with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests throughout the event.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, event-driven hotel setting with frequent changes in schedule and setup.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
• Collaborative and guest-focused team atmosphere.
• Shifts may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays depending on event needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
