Lucas Oil Speedway Track Safety Crew in Wheatland, Missouri at Lucas Oil Products Inc

Perform firefighting including driving on-track emergency response equipment including rescue truck, ATV's and side x sides, operating various types of fire extinguishers, pumps, and extrication equipment.

Duties:

Operates radio & other communications equipment.

Inspects & maintains fire equipment.

Provide fire suppression, vehicle stabilization, driver extrication, first aid, & hazardous materials mitigation/clean up on the racetrack.

Minimum requirement of BLS (first aid) medical responder. CPR and AED. Teamwork, Customer Service, Self-Motivated, High Energy Level, Multi-tasking, Resolving Conflict, Verbal Communication

• Knowledge of fire suppression

• Ability to learn the operation of fire suppression & other emergency equipment.

• Ability to act effectively in emergency & stressful situations.

• Ability to follow verbal instructions.

• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Ability to establish effective working relationships with other employees, other speedway departments, outside agencies and our guests.

• Responds on foot; or via ATV/UTV when assigned and trained.

• Performs other tasks at the direction of the EEIC.
