Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. Animal Dermatology Clinic - Woodbridge & Animal Dermatology Clinic - Tinton Falls are seeking a Receptionist. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Client service
• Answer phone calls
• Take accurate messages and book appointments
• Maintain charts and computer records
• Pharmacy and retail sales
• Marketing implementation
• Maintenance/ housekeeping
• Financial responsibilities

Education and Physical Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor's office is required
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
