Working remotely within Canada, you will contribute to a collaborative, innovation-driven environment focused on customer success and long-term impact.

Accountabilities:

As the Head of Partner Growth, you will be responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem, increasing channel-driven revenue, and creating scalable frameworks that support long-term growth. You will work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen partnerships, improve processes, and maximize the value of technology-enabled solutions.

  • Build and execute partner growth strategies that transform relationships into predictable revenue and lead-generation channels.
  • Develop scalable partner programs, including playbooks, agreements, onboarding processes, and pricing frameworks.
  • Enable partners to effectively promote and integrate technology solutions that improve customer experience and generate new opportunities.
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners through regular business reviews, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and ensure smooth collaboration between partners and internal teams.
  • Leverage CRM data, automation, and emerging technologies to optimize pipeline management and commercial performance.
  • Track partner performance metrics and continuously improve channel effectiveness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven professional with experience building partnerships, generating revenue, and scaling business development initiatives. You should be comfortable operating independently, navigating ambiguity, and creating structured growth strategies in a fast-moving environment.

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, partnerships, or partner growth roles.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines, close opportunities, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs brokerage, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and developing long-term commercial relationships.
  • Ability to create scalable processes, frameworks, and operational playbooks.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Strong technology awareness and interest in using AI tools, automation, and CRM platforms to improve performance.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent partner and end-user experiences.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work model within Canada.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilities.
  • Health and dental benefits.
  • Retirement savings contributions (RRSP/401k).
  • Tuition reimbursement and support for continuous professional development.
  • Access to professional training opportunities.
  • Paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on growth and innovation.
  • Opportunity to directly influence the expansion of a growing technology-enabled business ecosystem.
