Associate, Affiliate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Associate, Affiliate based in United States.

The Associate, Affiliate will support the growth and success of affiliate programs by managing partner relationships, coordinating campaigns, and identifying opportunities to expand performance-driven collaborations.
This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of creator marketing, e-commerce, and digital partnerships.
You will help strengthen affiliate networks by supporting onboarding, reporting, negotiations, and strategic initiatives.

Accountabilities:

The Associate, Affiliate will contribute to affiliate program growth by supporting partner relationships, managing operational workflows, and helping execute strategic initiatives. This role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams while managing multiple priorities.

  • Support the management and development of affiliate network and agency relationships through regular communication, reporting, and relationship-building activities.
  • Manage onboarding processes and ongoing support for smaller brand accounts, ensuring smooth program execution and partner satisfaction.
  • Assist with commission rate updates, partnership adjustments, negotiations, and program enhancements across affiliate networks.
  • Coordinate paid placement initiatives, including gathering creative assets, managing timelines, supporting launches, and tracking post-campaign performance.
  • Monitor affiliate program performance and identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and increased engagement.
  • Partner with internal teams to support account planning, expansion opportunities, and strategic relationship initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate program information, documentation, and partner data within relevant systems and tools.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with an interest in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and digital commerce. You should be comfortable building relationships, managing details, and learning new technologies and processes in a rapidly evolving environment.

  • 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and take ownership of assigned initiatives.
  • Comfort working with technical platforms, data tools, reporting systems, and backend technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities.
  • Interest in creator marketing, affiliate strategy, e-commerce, and digital partnership ecosystems.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Rakuten, Impact, CJ, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience supporting the growth of creator marketing or affiliate programs is preferred.
