Essential duties include:
- Collaborates with department managers to identify vacancies and staffing requirements.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
- Creates job postings and advertisement support to ensure a steady flow of applicants.
- Source qualified applicants using job boards, social media platforms, and existing talent pools.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Assists with the interview process as necessary.
- Assists in the management of the applicant tracking system and background check systems; provides access to new users and conducts training sessions.
- Compiles a weekly open job report for the company to communicate all vacancies to regional managers and the C-suite team.
- Prepares offer letter packets, ensures the signature of pre-employment documents, and shares completed documents with stakeholders for proper filing.
- Ensures that proper onboarding processes are followed promptly for new hires and internal transfers.
- Updates community contact information sheets as new hires are made.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other relevant details.
- Tracks and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and other sourcing and networking opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities to act as a bridge between employers and job seekers.
