Assistant Store Manager in Santa Rosa, California at AAction Rents LP

Aaction Rents is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Santa Rosa team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, leading by example, and helping a team succeed. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to support the daily operations of one of our busiest locations while ensuring our customers continue to receive the outstanding service we're known for.

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store
• Help lead, coach, and support employees
• Resolve customer, vendor, and employee concerns
• Promote and maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Coordinate with the service department to keep equipment rental-ready
• Help maintain inventory, showroom displays, and overall store appearance
• Assume responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is away

• Minimum of two years of equipment rental industry experience
• Knowledge of construction equipment and tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and growth mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent
