This is a strategic enterprise sales opportunity focused on driving new business across large healthcare organizations in the Gulf States region. You will lead complex sales cycles for cloud-based fax and document processing solutions that help healthcare systems modernize critical information workflows. The role combines consultative selling, executive relationship management, and deep understanding of healthcare technology and interoperability. You’ll engage directly with C-suite, IT, and clinical operations leaders to uncover challenges and demonstrate measurable business value. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, you’ll help shape winning solutions and customer outcomes. This position offers significant ownership, high-value enterprise engagements, and the opportunity to contribute to continued growth in healthcare technology.
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution presentation, negotiation, and close, across healthcare accounts in the assigned region.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to penetrate, expand, and build long-term relationships with hospitals, health systems, and payer organizations.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, clinical operations stakeholders, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify customer challenges related to document workflows, compliance, interoperability, and operational efficiency, and translate them into compelling technology solutions.
- Deliver persuasive solution presentations, demonstrations, and ROI-focused proposals tailored to enterprise healthcare stakeholders.
- Navigate complex procurement processes and coordinate stakeholders throughout lengthy enterprise sales cycles.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and other internal teams to develop effective account strategies and deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline information, opportunity stages, activity records, and sales forecasts within Salesforce.
- Monitor healthcare technology developments, regulations, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and HITRUST, to strengthen customer conversations and sales strategies.
- Contribute market and customer insights to internal teams to help identify opportunities for product development and commercial growth.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling healthcare SaaS solutions such as cloud fax, document management, workflow automation, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to hospitals, health systems, payer organizations, or other large healthcare enterprises.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT environments, including electronic medical records such as Epic and Cerner, interoperability challenges, and document-intensive workflows.
- Proven ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and sophisticated procurement processes.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes and ROI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and independently manage a substantial enterprise pipeline.
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and API-based integrations is preferred.
- Experience selling technology within regulated healthcare environments is highly advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.
- Target compensation of $250,000 OTE, with actual compensation depending on experience, education, training, and other qualifications.
