This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Strategy Manager - ACO’s (MedInsight) based in United States.
This is a strategic product leadership opportunity focused on shaping analytics solutions for risk-bearing provider organizations, accountable care organizations, and payer-adjacent healthcare workflows. You will translate market intelligence, client needs, and business priorities into differentiated product strategies and 12–24-month roadmaps. The role combines healthcare expertise, commercial judgment, product strategy, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Services, and executive stakeholders to guide products from market discovery through commercialization. The position also offers the opportunity to identify new growth areas, leverage AI-enabled capabilities, and build scalable platform solutions. Your work will directly influence how healthcare organizations use data to improve outcomes, manage costs, and advance value-based care.
- Lead client discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify emerging opportunities and inform product and platform strategy.
- Define and own product strategies for risk-bearing provider and payer-adjacent analytics offerings, translating market insights and customer feedback into actionable 12–24-month roadmaps.
- Partner with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate market opportunities, identify strategic growth areas, and contribute to annual business planning.
- Lead strategy across accountable care organizations, specialty care, pharmacy analytics, and payer-adjacent workflows, serving as a subject matter expert for risk-bearing provider markets.
- Prioritize product investments based on market demand, scalability, competitive differentiation, commercial value, and build-versus-buy-versus-partner considerations.
- Lead market validation, product definition, business case development, and requirements definition to enable effective execution by Technical Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Identify reusable platform capabilities that can scale across provider and payer-adjacent workflows and support expansion into new markets.
- Evaluate opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and decision-support solutions that can improve product value, usability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Support product development, solution validation, client engagements, conferences, webinars, and internal enablement as the subject matter expert for ACO and risk-bearing provider products.
- Lead commercialization initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers, including positioning, value propositions, pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market planning.
- Monitor product performance through adoption metrics, client feedback, competitive intelligence, and post-launch analytics, using insights to refine strategy and investment priorities.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align stakeholders, resolve tradeoffs, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Client Services to establish scalable service, support, and operating models that promote long-term customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5–8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, commercial strategy, or healthcare consulting, particularly supporting risk-bearing providers or accountable care organizations.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, platform strategy, product development lifecycles, and business planning.
- Deep knowledge of risk-bearing provider organizations, ACOs, healthcare claims, clinical and pharmacy data, population health, and value-based care.
- Experience translating complex clinical, operational, and commercial requirements into scalable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate market opportunities, develop business cases, and prioritize investments using commercial and financial analysis.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, healthcare analytics, or data platform solutions is preferred.
- Experience in specialty care, pharmacy analytics, or ACO environments is strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to use business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization tools to inform product strategy.
- Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, Power BI, and Azure is a plus.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and build alignment across competing priorities.
- Strategic, collaborative, intellectually curious, and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect healthcare challenges with measurable business value.

- Compensation range of $117,500–$222,985, depending on location, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
- For candidates in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C.: $135,125–$222,985.
- For candidates in other U.S. locations: $117,500–$193,900.
