Job Description

All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs across multiple states. We are hiring a Field Operations Associate to support our active programs.

This is a generalist position responsible for converting data into usable reporting and for managing training and program onboarding. It suits a candidate with field experience who can work across functions rather than within a single specialty, and is excited to learn quickly and work proactively. This role reports to the Director of Field Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data intake from field teams: collecting nightly and weekly reports, standardizing them, and producing summaries leadership can act on
  • Build and maintain reporting in trackers and spreadsheets, and flag anomalies in field data for leadership review
  • Run program and training onboarding for new field staff and canvassers
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain current materials
  • Support program-management tasks at the director's direction, including scheduling, follow-up, and deliverable prep
  • Other program work as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of relevant experience, or at least one cycle of campaign work
  • Highly organized and self-directing; able to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Fluent in spreadsheets; able to standardize inconsistent inputs into clean reporting others rely on
  • Familiar with VAN/Votebuilder, or able to learn quickly
  • Strong writer who can summarize clearly for different audiences
  • Discretion with sensitive information
  • Access to a phone and computer; available for evening and weekend work

Details

  • Salary Range: $5,500 — $6,500 per month
  • Health benefits
  • Remote position. Candidates must be based in Georgia or North Carolina and able to be on-site on short notice when needed. In-person days are expected to be minimal, but the role requires someone who can respond in person if an urgent situation arises.
  • Schedule: Full-time. Some evening and weekend availability required
  • Term: Temporary position running through November 2026
  • Reports to: Director of Field Operations
