This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Visual Media Platform & Operations based in United States.

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for an enterprise-wide visual media ecosystem, spanning digital asset management, content distribution, workflows, and supplier relationships. You will shape platform governance and operational standards that support scalable, compliant, and consistent media experiences. Working across Marketing, Property Operations, Technology, Compliance, and external partners, you will translate business needs into practical platform improvements. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on operational optimization, including automation and performance management. You will also champion adoption, change management, and continuous improvement across distributed teams. This is an opportunity to influence how visual content is managed and delivered across a large, complex organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the strategy, governance, and continuous optimization of enterprise visual media platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, accessibility standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, workflows, operating standards, and best practices that promote consistency, scalability, quality, and compliance across visual media operations.
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of platform capabilities, tools, and technologies supporting digital asset management and visual content distribution.
  • Design and oversee end-to-end workflows covering media production, asset management, content distribution, and lifecycle management across distributed US and international teams.
  • Monitor quality standards and operational controls while identifying inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and process improvements that increase scalability and effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with visual media suppliers, including contracts, pricing, service performance, product offerings, ordering processes, business reviews, and ongoing performance management.
  • Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, reporting, auditing processes, and accountability measures to ensure suppliers consistently meet operational expectations.
  • Drive platform adoption through training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives.
  • Gather user feedback, operational insights, and performance data to prioritize platform enhancements and improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to Marketing, Property Operations, Technology, Compliance, and external vendors on visual media platforms and operating models.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to initiatives that strengthen enterprise-wide visual media capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in platform operations, digital asset management, visual media, marketing operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with digital asset management (DAM) platforms; experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational processes, platform governance, workflow optimization, and vendor or supplier management.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, process improvement, automation, digital asset management, and content distribution platforms.
  • Ability to use data and performance metrics to assess platform effectiveness, identify trends, and support informed business decisions.
  • Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of enterprise platforms and processes.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore teams is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, marketing, and business functions.
  • Proven leadership and team-development capabilities, with the ability to coach others and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States; occasional travel may be required for business meetings, training, or other work-related activities.
Benefits:
  • Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for quarterly or annual performance-based bonus compensation.
  • Competitive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits.
  • Low-cost employee-only medical coverage, with additional discounts based on tenure.
  • Generous paid time off, including 15 vacation days, 4 personal days, 10 sick days, and 11 paid holidays for new hires.
  • Birthday paid day off after one year of service, with additional vacation accrued over time.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions of up to 6% of pay after six months of service.
  • Paid parental leave and lifetime fertility benefit reimbursement of up to $10,000, including adoption and surrogacy.
  • Six-week paid sabbatical after 10 years of service and every five years thereafter.
  • Employee Assistance Program plus critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, pet insurance, and legal plans.
  • Charitable giving programs and related employee benefits.
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development within a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
