The Partner Sales Manager will play a key role in accelerating growth through a strategic Microsoft partnership.
This position focuses on executing global co-sell programs, joint go-to-market initiatives, and partner-led sales motions that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
You will work closely with Microsoft sales, marketing, and partner organizations while coordinating internal teams to turn strategic priorities into effective field execution.
The role combines relationship management, sales operations, program management, and commercial strategy in a highly collaborative environment.
You will help expand marketplace presence, optimize partner programs, and activate opportunities involving Azure, Microsoft 365, AI, and Copilot.
Success will depend on your ability to build senior relationships, manage multiple workstreams, and translate complex partnership priorities into repeatable commercial outcomes.

- Execute the global co-sell strategy across the product portfolio, translating partnership priorities into actionable sales programs and field initiatives.
- Develop and execute joint sales plays with Microsoft's Enterprise, SME&C, and Global Partner Solutions organizations to increase pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
- Expand marketplace presence and help structure enterprise engagements to align with Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments and related commercial objectives.
- Maximize participation in relevant Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and co-investment opportunities, including MAICPP, ECIF, and Frontier Acceleration.
- Deliver joint enablement and training programs for internal and Microsoft teams to strengthen product knowledge, sales alignment, and co-sell execution.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across Microsoft's sales and marketing organizations and position the business as a preferred co-sell partner.
- Represent the organization at Microsoft events, customer meetings, partner forums, and industry engagements worldwide.
- Translate strategic Microsoft priorities, including AI and Microsoft Copilot initiatives, into practical joint go-to-market motions.
- Define, monitor, and report key partnership performance indicators, including Microsoft-influenced revenue, co-sell pipeline, marketplace-transacted revenue, and partner-sourced leads.
- Support quarterly business reviews and leadership updates by providing performance insights, progress summaries, and recommendations.
- Establish standardized processes for Microsoft engagement and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, consistency, and scalability.
- Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure partnership initiatives are tracked effectively and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology, including at least 3 years in a Microsoft alliance, partner, or co-sell leadership role.
- Deep, current understanding of Microsoft's field coverage model and decision-making processes within SME&C and Enterprise organizations.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft commercial marketplace, Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) mechanics, MAICPP, Frontier Acceleration, and ECIF.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling partner-led and co-sell motions that generate repeatable, measurable revenue at enterprise scale.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets in complex, multi-region environments.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365/O365, and Microsoft's AI and Copilot ecosystem.
- Experience using CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Partner Center, with a data-driven approach to sales management.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, sales leaders, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful, and commercially minded approach with strong ownership and execution skills.
- Collaborative working style and ability to operate effectively within global, cross-functional teams.
- Annual base salary range of $150,000–$165,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
