CERTIFIED FIELD ATHLETIC TRAINER - PRN in Lakeland, Florida at WATSON CLINIC LLP

Provide athletic trainer treatments and
consultations to a variety of athletes and non-athletes in accordance with the
written and verbal instructions of supervising physician. To include: a review of
the patient/athlete’s record and conducts a thorough assessment, and maintains
required documentation.

Adheres to Watson Clinic policies &
procedures in the administering, and documenting of medication given, or
prescribed by ordering MD (as required by specialty) in patient’s medical
record.

Prepares patient for office visit and maintains
integrity by maintaining flow of patients, assist with dressing changes,
removal of sutures and remove and apply casts and other appliances as directed.

Assist physician in marketing, development, and
delivery of sports medicine services.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Athletic training program with Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience: Prefer at least one year of previous experience in an outpatient setting.

Other Requirements: Must possess current state licensure, national certification, and CPR certification.
