Business Analyst-Denver CO-Hybrid in Denver, Colorado at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking a mid-level ITS Business Analyst to support vendor-led technology projects and internal application initiatives. The BA will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements, coordinate testing, support implementations, and resolve production issues.

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and business workshops.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Partner with vendors and IT teams on scope, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests.
• Support communication and training plans for system releases and changes.
• Coordinate UAT, test scripts, feedback, and defect tracking.
• Gather requirements for application enhancements and internal projects.
• Provide production support, including issue triage, defect reproduction, and detailed bug documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, developers, and IT teams.

• 5+ years of experience as an IT/ITS Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, communication, UAT, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional IT/business teams.
