About This Position

We are actively interviewing for a Performance Data Analyst to join our growing team at our home office in Franktown, Colorado. If you or someone you know is looking for a great opportunity don’t delay.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reporting.
- Maintaining property, employee & investor data
- Create and maintain customized and automated reporting (SQL, Excel & VBA based).
- Additional assignments and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Programming, or a related field
- Strong interest in data analysis, relational databases, and programming
- 1-5 years of job or internship experience in a reporting role
- Intermediate data analysis skills in Microsoft Excel
