Location: North West Calgary, AB
Employment Type: Full-Time

Acora Dental is a modern, patient-focused dental practice in North West Calgary, offering general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry — including implants, clear aligners, and oral surgery — supported by digital X-rays, an intraoral camera, and iTero scanning technology. The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize the patient experience, improve the flow of patients into the practice, and create working harmony between the front desk office and the dental professional team.

SCHEDULE:

  • Flexible, 32 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management or dental administration required
  • Experience with Dentrix is required
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
  • Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and other financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
