Customer Enablement & Training Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Enablement & Training Specialist in Brazil.

This role is centered on helping enterprise marketing teams successfully adopt and maximize a modern workflow and automation platform in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. You will be responsible for guiding customers through onboarding journeys, delivering impactful training sessions, and ensuring smooth adoption of complex tools through simple, structured enablement programs. The position blends customer success, marketing operations, and technical training, making it ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex systems into practical, user-friendly workflows. You will also contribute to the creation of scalable playbooks and learning materials that improve long-term customer outcomes. In addition, you will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to support automation, CRM workflows, and performance tracking. This is a highly customer-facing role with strong influence on adoption success and overall client satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, training programs, and cohort-based workshops for enterprise customers.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, from initial platform access to full customer adoption.
  • Translate technical workflows into clear, actionable processes for marketing and content teams.
  • Build, document, and maintain scalable enablement playbooks and training materials.
  • Support marketing operations activities, including CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting (HubSpot or similar tools).
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO initiatives and content enablement strategies.
  • Continuously improve training frameworks to increase adoption and customer success outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, customer success, enablement, or SaaS-related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering client-facing training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content creation workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to apply them in operational and training contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong educator mindset with a passion for teaching, enabling users, and building scalable processes.
