Mixes intravenous solutions, fills and maintains Pyxis, enters medication credits, and places and receives orders with vendors according to standard procedures as required by law. Position Qualifications

Minimum Education

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Certifications Required

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) issued by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and a Pharmacy Technician License issued by Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare setting preferred.
