Responsibilities

  • Acquisition, organization, and distribution of Association documents
  • Analyze and extract critical information from the Association documents received
  • Secretary of State updates for new and departing Associations.
  • Data Entry task ( Prepare Homeowner Lists for software import)
  • Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
  • Extraordinary customer service skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
Requirements:

Expected Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Estimated Shift: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
