  • Use CRM, sales enablement, and marketing technologies effectively to manage accounts, monitor customer health, and support commercial planning.
  • Remain adaptable as customer needs, market conditions, technologies, and internal priorities evolve.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Management or Sales position, preferably within a Business-to-Business (B2B) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated success managing contract renewals, commercial negotiations, upselling, and expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a refined sales methodology, with the ability to create compelling strategies that demonstrate business value.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Legal teams.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, negotiations, and customer initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with multi-location brands and established industry relationships or contacts is preferred.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded, with the ability to identify innovative ways to generate growth and increase customer value.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand customer challenges, address objections, and develop effective solutions.
