  • Prepare and issue amendments and updated booklets for existing group clients based on approved revision applications, maintaining accuracy and consistency across contract materials.
  • Maintain online contract and booklet records to ensure documentation remains accurate, organized, current, and readily accessible to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments regarding group benefits, communicating important details and ensuring stakeholders are aware of any unique requirements or provisions associated with a group’s benefits.
  • Review group benefit enrollments and changes processed by other coordinators, identifying discrepancies and helping maintain a high standard of data and documentation accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve complex or problematic enrollment, benefit, and contract-related inquiries, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to identify and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and improve the overall contract administration experience.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in contract administration, group benefits, insurance, or a related environment is preferred, along with a solid general understanding of insurance industry practices.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service, with the ability to respond professionally and effectively to internal and external inquiries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships and communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, independence, and innovation, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, including excellent attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while meeting accuracy and timeliness expectations.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when investigating complex enrollment, benefits, or contract-related issues.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team while also operating independently when required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and the ability to work confidently with digital systems and online records.
  • Successful completion of a satisfactory criminal record check is required as a condition of employment following a conditional offer.
Benefits
  • Full-time remote opportunity in Canada, with the role based within a collaborative and team-focused environment.
  • Opportunity to build experience in group contracts, employee benefits, insurance administration, and complex customer and stakeholder support.
  • Career growth and development opportunities within an innovative, high-energy workplace.
  • A strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, respect, and valuing different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
  • Support for healthy work-life balance and an environment where employee contributions and achievements are recognized.
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas and process improvements that can enhance efficiency, service quality, and the experience of clients and internal teams.
