Job Description
The position is responsible for managing recruitment processes across multiple sites and states, ensuring a continuous pipeline of potential candidates for both hourly and salaried positions. The role also involves administrative support within the Human Resources function.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct recruitment activities for various locations and states, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for suitability and alignment with job requirements.
• Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Manage job postings and advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed.
• Utilize knowledge of warehouse environments to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Coordinate and manage employees’ travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
Skills:
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Education and Training Required:
• Relevant certifications in Human Resources or Recruitment are advantageous.
Experience Required:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and human resources administration.
• Experience in multi-site and state recruitment is preferred.
Physical Demands:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Travel to various recruitment sites may be required.
Work Environment:
• Office setting with standard office equipment.
• Exposure to warehouse environments during recruitment activities.
