About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Material Handler to support daily operations, including inventory tracking, shipping and receiving, and material handling. This role is essential to maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring timely movement of goods within the facility.

What you'll do

• Track and maintain accurate inventory records
• Identify and report inventory shortages, damages or discrepancies
• Safely transport materials using a forklift or pallet jack
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading deliveries
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous forklift and/or pallet jack operating experience required
• Valid forklift certification
• Ability to accurately count, track, and document inventory
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, receiving procedures, and inventory audits
• Experience with cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• Basic computer skills including inventory software and Google Workspace

The pay range for this role is:

20.00 - 22.00 USD per hour (Everett)
