This role is part of a dynamic engineering environment where you will contribute to the development and evolution of internal systems that support large-scale operations in the construction and real estate sector. You will work across both frontend and backend, building modular features within a monolithic architecture while ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. The position involves designing APIs, developing user-facing applications such as dashboards and portals, and integrating systems across ERP, CRM, and external platforms. You will collaborate closely with business teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions, while also contributing to automation and continuous system improvement. The environment values ownership, autonomy, and high-quality delivery. This is a hands-on full stack role with strong exposure to business-critical systems and cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop and maintain full stack features across frontend and backend within a modular monolithic system architecture.
• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs for integration with ERP, CRM, banking, and other external systems.
• Create web interfaces, dashboards, portals, and internal applications to support business operations.
• Implement business rules and automate workflows to improve efficiency and operational processes.
• Ensure code quality through standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Support integration initiatives involving artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to system evolution with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Proven experience in full stack development using Node.js, Python, or Java for backend development.
• Strong frontend development skills using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with system integrations across multiple platforms and services.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
