Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AI Engineer in Brazil.
This role sits at the intersection of business, product thinking, and agentic AI execution, focusing on transforming business needs into structured, executable specifications that drive AI-powered delivery. Instead of traditional software development, you will operate in a “builder” model where AI agents generate most of the code, and your responsibility is to guide, validate, and ensure the quality of outputs. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and AI systems, translating ambiguity into clear specs, selecting the right tools and skills for execution, and ensuring delivery aligns with business expectations. The environment is highly innovative and fast-evolving, requiring strong judgment, adaptability, and structured thinking. You will collaborate closely with business teams and AI architects to continuously refine processes and improve agent performance. This is a cutting-edge role shaping how AI-native delivery models are executed in real business contexts.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications that serve as the foundation for AI-driven execution.
- Select and orchestrate appropriate AI skills and tools to complete tasks within an agentic development environment.
- Guide AI agents through complex task execution using platforms such as Antigravity or similar tools.
- Validate outputs to ensure technical correctness, business alignment, and adherence to expected standards.
- Identify and report gaps, inconsistencies, or unexpected behaviors to AI architecture and platform teams.
- Maintain delivery cadence and ownership of outcomes, ensuring business value is consistently delivered.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and improve clarity before execution begins.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of spec-driven and agent-based development workflows.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into structured technical specifications.
- Experience with agentic AI tools such as Antigravity, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working in spec-driven, process-oriented environments with high discipline and structure.
- Strong analytical judgment to evaluate outputs and identify issues even without deep technical inspection.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both business stakeholders and AI systems.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, iterate quickly, and continuously learn in evolving environments.
- Fluent English (reading, writing, and communication), as tools and documentation are primarily in English.
- Nice to have: background in software development, product management, business analysis, or UX/design.
- Nice to have: familiarity with spec-driven development and agent skills frameworks.
- Meal or food allowance.
- Health and dental insurance coverage.
- Home office support and flexible remote work options.
- Gym and wellness platform access (Gympass/Totalpass).
- Childcare and pet assistance benefits.
- Fuel or transportation assistance where applicable.
- Educational reimbursement and access to learning platforms and courses.
- Mentorship programs and career development opportunities.
- Discounts on education, language courses, and partner institutions.
- Day off benefits and additional employee perks.
- Access to wellness and digital health platforms.
