Job Description
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of refurbishment technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the refurbishment production team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, to optimize workspace organization and productivity
- Organize and conduct training sessions on new processes, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Ensure that all products are refurbished to meet or exceed quality standards, conducting inspections and audits as necessary
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role or similar, preferably in a refurbishment or manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, including 5S and continuous improvement techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Familiarity with HVAC/R concepts and working principals preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable, Energetic, and Problem Solver
- Ability to think on one’s feet and learn rapidly without a great deal of supervision
- Must be disciplined, self-motivated, and able to meet team goals
- Strong command of company’s policies and procedures
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
