Lead Operator, Reprocessing Department in Mesquite, Texas at Revolution Company

Revolution is now hiring for a Lead Operator for our Reprocessing Department position in Mesquite, TX. This role will be responsible for learning the basic operations of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products in industrial organization. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Assume responsibility for the finished product.
• Fill in on any line as Repro attendant as required (Erema and DS machine).
• Serve as back up Line Attendant for main plant production needs.
• Read and understand production orders in English.
• Document quality checks on time verifying correct count and label.
• Must be willing and able to guide and train co-workers that are assigned to assist you on any given machine.
• Know packing materials and procedures.
• Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable quality standards.
• Assists in taking line down and bringing line back up into production.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance as trained.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Monitoring and interpret information displayed on HMI ((Human Maching Interface) screens.
• Submit end of shift production reports timely.
• Reporting incidents or issues to supervisor timely.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition and subtraction).
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment in a lead role preferred.
• Rotating 12-hour shift 7:00am-7:00pm.
• Ability to physically meet the requirement of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Essential reading and writing skills required.
• Must be able to stand 12 hours.
• Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).
