This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, systems architecture, and process optimization, responsible for building and maintaining the technical backbone of the go-to-market organization. You will own the design and performance of the Sales and Customer Success technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow, automation, and operational efficiency across teams. Acting as a key partner to Sales, CS, and RevOps leadership, you will translate business needs into scalable systems that directly impact revenue outcomes. The environment is fast-paced and highly cross-functional, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will play a critical role in shaping how tools, data, and workflows come together to support scalable growth. You will own the architecture, optimization, and continuous improvement of the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring it supports scalable and efficient revenue operations. You will act as the primary steward of core systems such as the CRM and adjacent tools, driving integration, governance, and automation across the stack.
- Own and evolve the GTM systems architecture, including CRM (HubSpot) and supporting tools across Sales and CS
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations across systems using APIs, native connectors, and middleware to ensure clean data flow
- Evaluate, select, and consolidate tools (e.g., Gong, Clay, enrichment platforms), making build vs buy decisions where appropriate
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, and reporting that support Sales and Customer Success operations
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring data quality, consistency, and scalability
- Partner with GTM leadership to map and improve core revenue processes, including lead-to-close and customer lifecycle workflows
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to streamline repetitive GTM processes such as enrichment, routing, and reporting
- Lead system documentation, adoption strategies, and enablement efforts to ensure successful usage across teams
- Serve as the escalation point and internal expert for GTM systems and operational workflows
This role requires strong experience in revenue operations or GTM systems within a SaaS environment, combined with deep technical CRM expertise and strong business acumen.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS organization
- Strong hands-on CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), including system architecture and administration experience
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable GTM systems, workflows, and automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of modern revenue tech stacks, including enrichment, prospecting, conversation intelligence, and CS tools
- Experience integrating systems using APIs, middleware, and native connectors
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance
- Highly organized with strong documentation habits and attention to operational detail
