Job Description

Sr. Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Canada.

This role sits at the core of a highly technical, operations-driven product ecosystem powering global hospitality services. You will define and evolve the strategy for internal platforms that connect systems, automate workflows, and enable seamless coordination across guest services, operations, and housekeeping teams. The position blends platform thinking, systems design, and hands-on product execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will work closely with engineering and operational stakeholders to build scalable middleware and integration solutions that reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency. A key focus of the role is leveraging automation and emerging AI capabilities to improve internal decision-making and service delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape foundational systems that directly influence operational performance at global scale.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of internal platform products that power operational excellence across multiple business functions. You will focus on building scalable, reliable, and intelligent systems that improve efficiency and enable automation across the organization.

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for internal operations platforms, including middleware and automation systems.
  • Lead the development of integration and automation capabilities that reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable APIs, data flows, and system architectures.
  • Translate complex operational needs into structured, scalable product solutions balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform stability.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and LLM-based technologies to enhance internal tools and decision-making capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and other business units to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.
  • Ensure system reliability and scalability by anticipating edge cases, dependencies, and future integration needs.
  • Align with adjacent product teams to ensure consistency across shared infrastructure and platform capabilities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong technical product management experience, deep systems thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on platform, infrastructure, or enterprise integration products.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, system architecture, data flows, and engineering collaboration.
  • Experience building scalable products that support automation, integrations, and operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to balance long-term product vision with rapid, iterative delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in cross-functional environments with evolving priorities.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity through structured thinking and execution.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with third-party integrations, SaaS products, or hospitality/operations systems is a strong plus.
  • Ability to align technical and non-technical teams around shared product goals.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Equity participation and performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (where applicable)
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid wellness and volunteering days
  • Employee travel perks and discounted stays across global properties
  • Annual credits and exclusive benefits for accommodation bookings
  • Flexible work arrangements depending on role eligibility
  • Exposure to cutting-edge automation, AI, and platform technologies in a global environment
