You will join a fast-moving, high-growth environment focused on building world-class technical teams across Engineering, Product, and Research. This role plays a key part in shaping the future of a globally distributed organization by identifying and engaging top-tier talent across LATAM and beyond. You will own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical and specialized roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies. The environment is highly collaborative, international, and performance-driven, requiring strong ownership and autonomy. You will also contribute to improving sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and overall hiring operations. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Research, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and team needs, ensuring alignment throughout the process.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on the LATAM market, including passive candidate outreach and engagement within technical communities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through universities, tech communities, events, and online networks.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication, transparency, and consistent engagement.
- Support hiring operations and continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3–5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within high-growth startups or established technology companies.
- Proven success sourcing, evaluating, and closing top technical talent such as Software Engineers, Engineering Leaders, and Product Managers.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring demands simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and results-driven approach focused on quality hiring outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, distributed, and international environments.
