What We’re Looking For:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations.
• Current CPR certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct nursing services and programs to maintain compliance and excellence in care.
• Evaluate and mentor nursing staff, ensuring competencies and teamwork.
• Oversee staffing schedules, budget development, and infection control initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison for residents, families, and medical professionals, addressing concerns promptly.
