The overall purpose of the CMT position is to aid in the delivery of nursing services. Duties include administering medications, working with residents and families, and so much more.

Qualifications:

The CMT will be a high school graduate or equivalent and possess caregiving experience. Must have current active CMT certification from the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS).

Ability to read and follow work assignments. This position will show a willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions. The CMT must be patient and tolerant toward staff, residents, and family members.
