Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PM Kitchen Manager to oversee our operations during the afternoon and evening portion of our production shift (11 am – 9 pm). This facility produces handmade wood fired pizzas and pasta entrees that have made the Katie’s CPG line famous! The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering productivity and consistency (as well as cleanliness) in a kitchen environment. As the PM Kitchen Manager, you will ensure that all aspects of the production kitchen run smoothly, while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Transition shift from Production Manager and Operations Leadership to ensure night shift priorities and tasks are clear.

- Supervise and manage the night staff, ensuring effective team management and a positive work environment.
- Oversee food production processes to guarantee adherence to food safety and quality standards. This includes ingredient prep, pizza and pasta dough production, cooking pizza crusts and assembly of finished products.
- Ensure all products are fully sealed, packaged and labeled at end of day.
- Ensure all closing and cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly, making sure that nightly closing checklist is completed and filled out appropriately

- Complete end of night production paperwork as appropriate

- Write Prep lists for the next morning’s shift to ensure prompt productivity of the morning staff

- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift.


Qualifications
- Proven experience in management role within the hospitality, QSR or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on productivity per hour metrics
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50-70K, pending experience

Shift:

11 am – 9 pm, Monday through Friday. Saturdays as needed (infrequent unless agreed upon with Candidate)Ability to Commute:
