This role is focused on strengthening and scaling strategic partnerships within a dynamic B2B SaaS ecosystem. You will act as the key bridge between marketing initiatives and a network of ERP and channel partners, ensuring they are engaged, enabled, and actively generating new business opportunities. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. You will design and execute campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives that drive measurable demand and partner activation. Data-driven decision-making is central, as you will continuously analyze performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. This is a highly collaborative environment where relationship-building, commercial thinking, and marketing execution come together to drive growth at scale.
- Plan and execute the partner marketing calendar, ensuring consistent engagement and activation across the partner ecosystem.
- Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns, sales incentives, and initiatives that drive demand generation and partner-led opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic partners through regular alignment meetings, joint planning, and collaborative marketing actions.
- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media initiatives, events, webinars, and case studies.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI across initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze funnel metrics, and optimize actions based on data-driven insights.
- Support partner enablement activities, including training programs and structured development initiatives in collaboration with leadership and internal teams.
- Solid experience in marketing, preferably in B2B environments or partner/channel marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to design and improve campaigns based on business goals and data insights.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence external stakeholders and partners.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (such as RD Station) and CRM tools (such as Salesforce).
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models is highly valued.
- Experience in growth marketing, funnel optimization, or partner ecosystems is considered a strong plus.
- Knowledge of B2B industries, especially distribution or manufacturing, is an advantage.
