Job Description

Marketing Manager @ Old Shores Golf

Located in Florida’s panhandle, just inland from the gulf’s sugar sand beaches, Old Shores will be a new community anchored by golf – a refuge, with world-class courses, accommodations, and homesites. Located just 30 minutes north of Panama City Beach, the land will serve as a peaceful, secluded escape. The bluffs and moss-draped oaks of Old Shores form an inviting and natural setting for a walking village that opens to the unspoiled golf sites, forests, and sandhill lakes for fishing and exploring. This new expression of golf by Michael Keiser Jr will change the way people look at Florida.

Old Shores is a coastal public golf destination offering daily-fee play, limited Founderships, and a curated real estate offering set against a distinctive natural landscape. The property is purpose-built for golfers and coastal lifestyle enthusiasts who want world-class golf, to respect the land, and to connect with others in a meaningful way. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help steward the next chapter of the brand with discipline, taste, creativity, and commercial effectiveness.

The Role

The Marketing Manager owns the day-to-day execution of Old Shores Golf’s marketing across owned and paid channels. You will write the copy, manage the content calendar, direct content creators, run the email programs, oversee social media, and deliver a weekly performance dashboard to leadership. You will work closely with the CEO, Founder Program Director and Development Associate, Chief Marketing Officer, and full Marketing team.

This is a hands-on role. The right candidate is a strong writer and designer who understands golf and coastal lifestyle audiences, is comfortable with digital marketing tools, and can work independently with a clear sense of what moves the needle. Our goals are to raise brand awareness, and drive quality demand for tee times, Founderships, and Real Estate.

Primary Responsibilities

Brand Stewardship

  • Help maintain a clear, consistent, and distinctive voice for Old Shores across all public-facing channels, ensuring all communications reflects the standards and sensibility of the brand

  • Own all owned Social platforms – planning, writing, designing, scheduling, and publishing, growing the IG followers to 8,500+ within the first 12 months through organic content, community engagement, and strategic use of reels and stories
  • Write strong, concise copy for campaigns, announcements, launches, and ongoing communications
  • Produce thoughtful storytelling that builds anticipation and long-term affinity for the property
  • Monitor comments, respond to direct messages, and maintain brand tone across all interactions, replying to questions within 48 hours

Audience Development

  • Grow and manage the Old Shores Insider database to 5,000+ qualified contacts in first 12 months
  • Develop segmented communications calendar for Insider, Founder, and real estate prospects
  • Improve website conversion paths, forms, and lead capture opportunities

Revenue Support

  • Execute campaigns supporting tee time demand, Foundership inquiries, and real estate interest
  • Coordinate launch moments, seasonal promotions, and milestone announcements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business priorities

    • audience growth

  • Provide clear recommendations based on results
Qualifications

  • Strong writing judgment and communication skills
  • Experience across email marketing, social platforms, paid media, website content, and CRM management
  • Highly organized, dependable, and self-directed
  • Sound aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working within a growing, entrepreneurial environment
