Job Description
John Lee Nissan is looking for an energetic and self motivated Preowned Sales Manager to run a stand alone Preowned sales department adjacent to our Nissan sales department. This individuals most important tasks will be to coach, motivate, hold accountable and lead a sales team that delivers results. This individual needs to have competent skills in desking, structuring and submitting deals to banks. They will also need to have Vauto experience and understand the principals of running a high volume, high turn inventory. We seek an individual who has knowledge of how to acquire supplemental inventory from various avenues to assure we have a robust inventory. We seek and individual that builds energy and has an active role in the showroom with our customer base.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- Leadership abilities to develop and motivate a successful team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effectively managing all areas of the used car department.
- Taking an active role in the showroom
- Developing sales team members, specifically with regard to ongoing performance feedback and reviews
- Working with internet and retail tools (V-Auto, CDK, VinSolutions, Dealertrack, ACV, etc.)
- Forecasting goals and objectives for pre-owned vehicles sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
