Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to supporting individuals as they work toward employment and self-sufficiency? We are seeking a Workforce Case Manager with strong data management skills and hands-on experience using the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS). In this role, you will ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance standards, and support clients through structured case planning and employment services.

  • Perform thorough intake and eligibility assessments while accurately entering and updating all client information in CWDS
  • Maintain complete, timely, and compliant case files, ensuring all required documentation, case notes, and service entries are recorded in CWDS
  • Develop individualized employment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with clients
  • Track client progress, outcomes, and service activities using CWDS reporting tools
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and referrals to training programs, education partners, and community resources
  • Coordinate with employers, training providers, and partner agencies to support job placement and retention
  • Review data regularly to ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and maintain compliance with program and funder requirements
  • Stay informed about workforce programs, labor market trends, and available resources to better assist clients

Requirements:
  • Experience with the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) is required
  • Strong data entry accuracy, documentation skills, and familiarity with compliance-driven environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, workforce development, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in case management, workforce development, or employment services
  • Ability to develop and maintain structured case plans and track progress toward goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
