Schedule psychological appointments for clients and manage related authorizations.
Compile documentation and submit necessary updates to insurance entities for compliance, research, and evaluation purposes.
Ensure cases are appropriately staffed based on client needs, providing guidance to match clinicians' skill sets with family requirements. Advise behavior health technicians on case assignments to optimize care delivery.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate case files for clients.
Collaborate with the Psychological Team, Billing Department, schools, and other external agencies to ensure coordinated care.

Perform additional duties as assigned, including covering absences or helping during peak periods to balance workloads.
What We’re Looking For in a Case Manager:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, ABA, or a related field preferred, but an associate's degree in human services or related fields accepted.
A minimum of one year of experience working in the field of social work, case management, or related behavioral health services
Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents, teachers, and professionals.
A Bilingual candidate is a plus!!
At Laila’s Way, our clinicians receive top-notch training, staying ahead with modern practices and evidence-based interventions.
