HVAC Maintenance Technician | Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | On-Site | Multifamily Housing | Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Location:
Ridge at Chestnut Apartments
8701 Chestnut Circle
Kansas City, MO

Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 4 weeks

Responsibilities:
-Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC units
-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Additional repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-HVAC experience required
-EPA certification required
-3+ years experience in the maintenance field a plus
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Light plumbing and electrical experience
-CPO Certification preferred
-Boiler experience a plus
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
