HIRED Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a Title Clerk for placement at one of our auto auction clients. We’re seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced with vehicle title work. Responsibilities:
• Process vehicle titles, transfers, lien releases, and reassignments
• Verify VINs, mileage, and title documents for accuracy
• Communicate with dealerships, lenders, and DMV offices as needed
• Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping for title paperwork
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and deadlines

Requirements:
• Experience as a Title Clerk (auto auction or dealership preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of title paperwork and DMV processes
• Comfortable using computers and document tracking systems
• Dependable and punctual

Details:
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
