Work just 3–5 days each week, 40 hours a week, during the evenings & overnights (with sleeping segments during overnight shifts).

As a Behavior Health Technician, you’ll:

  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians
  • Assist with educational program design and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) development
  • Receive paid training and coaching

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
  • Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
  • CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
  • NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
