Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Climate Change and Communities Program (CCCP) Coordinator for Mariana Islands.
The CCCP is a program under NOAA’s Western Pacific Regional Fishery Management Council and is funded through the Inflation Reduction Act. The CCCP Coordinator will provide oversight and coordination of all Council CCCP projects and activities occurring in Mariana Islands in support of the four priority areas.
This work can be conducted remotely and is anticipated to begin in January 2025 and end in December 2026. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has 5+ years experience, and has worked with the fisheries in Mariana Islands.
Tasks:
- Provide oversight and coordination of all Council CCCP projects and activities occurring in Mariana Islands
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a coordinator in a fishery.
Additional preferred qualifications shall include:
- Experience working with the fisheries in Mariana Islands
Salary range is $25 - $35 based on experience.
