Cash Team Deposit Clerk in Cookeville, Tennessee at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

Job Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring the timely processing of cash collections accurately while maintaining the highest standards of internal control. This may include one or all of the following: cashier, preparing deposits, posting cash receipts and adjustments, researching payments and credit balances. Education: High School Diploma/GED required

Additional Experience Requirements:

Minimum of two years general office experience. Previous Healthcare Billing/Collection experience a plus. Knowledge of cash controls and previous cash posting experience a plus.
Knowledge of general office procedures, proficient computer skills in Windows 95 or greater. Must have sound numerical proficiency ‘ten key’.
