What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience (apartment/community preferred)
  
• HVAC expertise is a plus (EPA certification welcome)
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Valid driver’s license preferred
  
• Flexibility for on-call responsibilities (rotating evenings/weekends)
  

• Lift/carry up to 50lbs regularly; occasionally 100lbs with assistance
  
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder climbing
  
• Comfort working in tight spaces and using hand tools
