This role is focused on ensuring the secure and controlled management of user identities and access within complex SAP environments. You will play a key part in safeguarding corporate information by administering logical access, managing user provisioning, and maintaining authorization profiles across SAP platforms. The position involves working with identity management processes, ensuring compliance with security policies, and supporting audit and risk analysis activities. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to guarantee that access rights are properly assigned and monitored according to governance rules. • Execute SAP Identity Management (IdM) processes related to user identity lifecycle and logical access control.
• Administer SAP users across multiple environments, including non-production and integration systems.
• Manage user password policies, roles, and authorization profiles within SAP platforms.
• Provision and maintain SAP roles and profiles, including unit testing and validation of access rights.
• Perform retrofit activities for authorization profiles across SAP environments.
• Analyze access risks, perform quality assessments, and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Generate security logs, reports, and audit documentation for monitoring and compliance purposes.
• Audit user activities and investigate access issues, errors, and authorization failures.
• Manage developer keys and authorization objects within SAP systems.
• Maintain and enhance identity management solutions, including SAP IDM monitoring and configuration.
• Support troubleshooting of access provisioning failures and authorization inconsistencies.
• Ensure adherence to access control matrices and governance rules defined by the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or postgraduate specialization (360+ hours minimum).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP security, identity management, or logical access governance.
• Experience working with SAP Identity Management (SAP IdM) environments.
• Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, roles, profiles, and user administration.
• Experience with security auditing, log analysis, and access monitoring.
• Familiarity with SAP security courses such as ADM900, ADM920, ADM940, ADM950, ADM960 is a plus.
• Certifications such as ISO 27002 or CompTIA Security+ are desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and risk assessment capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot authorization and provisioning issues in complex SAP environments.
