Product Operations Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Operations Manager in Brazil.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling product organization, ensuring clarity, alignment, and operational excellence across teams. You will act as a key connector between Product, Engineering, and multiple business functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. Your mission is to build scalable systems, improve decision-making through data, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives from planning to launch. You will play a critical role in enabling product teams to operate with speed, structure, and autonomy in a global, distributed environment. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical ability and cross-functional leadership. It is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving organizational complexity through systems and processes.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain product dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making across Product and leadership teams.
  • Define and track key product health metrics such as adoption, retention, engagement, and support impact.
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to improve data accessibility, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Support, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Own product release readiness processes, including launch planning, checklists, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Manage communication and change management for product updates across internal stakeholders.
  • Design and optimize operational processes for roadmap tracking, feedback loops, and product workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Business Operations in a tech environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and business teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
  • Systems-thinking approach with a focus on improving processes and operational efficiency.
  • Experience supporting product launches in global or multi-market environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with product-driven organizations and agile operating models.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and execution focus.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote work model.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, AI-driven global tech environment.
  • High autonomy with minimal bureaucracy and fast decision-making cycles.
  • Exposure to strategic, high-impact initiatives with leadership visibility.
  • Collaboration with experienced professionals from top-tier tech companies.
  • Strong culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment that values feedback and innovation.
  • Opportunity to contribute to scaling a global product used by leading international companies.
