Reliatus Behavioral Health is a specialized search firm dedicated to the behavioral health field. We are currently seeking a high-performing Clinical Coordinator for a premier ABA clinic in St. Marys, GA. This role is a unique hybrid of clinical expertise and operational leadership, reporting directly to the VP of Clinical Operations and/or the CEO. The Role & Responsibilities
The Clinical Coordinator directs the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of care. You will bridge the gap between clinical practice and administrative excellence.
Operational Leadership: Organize daily clinic activities, coordinate financial and administrative reports, and analyze data to predict resource needs.
Staff Development: Implement performance metrics, oversee training programs, and provide coaching and corrective action to ensure team success.
Clinical Oversight: Oversee individualized behavior plans (IBP) and conduct functional assessments (VB-MAPP / ABLLS).
Strategic Growth: Assist leadership in setting and monitoring long- and short-term organizational goals and conducting management-related studies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certification: Active BCBA Certification is a must.
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Experience: Requires 3–5 years of strong supervisory and administrative experience, with a proven track record in conducting FBAs and implementing verbal behavior programs, leading to a full Clinical Director position.
Productivity: Ability to maintain 120 billable clinical hours per month.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data collection, trend analysis, and report writing.
Physical Demands: This is an active clinic role requiring the ability to bend, stand, walk, and lift (20+ lbs) while assisting children.

Administrative Excellence: Strong coaching, multi-tasking, and data analysis skills.
Leadership: Ability to motivate and "ignite" a team while establishing cooperative relationships with parents, teachers, and clinicians.
Personal Effectiveness: A self-starter with a high level of thoroughness and credibility.
Clinical Knowledge: Deep understanding of discrete trial methods and strategies for shaping behavior in children with autism.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
