Night Monitor/Cook in Soldotna, Alaska at Central Peninsula Hospital

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervision of overnight activities at Diamond Willow Sober Living, Serenity House and/or Central Peninsula Care Transitions. Primary duties include meal preparation and menu planning. This position prepares all meals served at Diamond Willow and is responsible for knowing all relevant food safety codes. The Night Monitor/Cook may supervise clients during the overnight hours and may be required to transport clients to program activities. This position also oversees the overall cleanliness and safety of the treatment center.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• State of Alaska Driver's License
• Food Handlers Card Required within 30 days of employment
• BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment
• 6 months of food service experience, preferred
